The buyer picks a home from our catalog, checks their land, and pays a $1,000 refundable reserve online.

PERCH routes to you
The order goes to the factory in the buyer's region. You get the specs, the deposit schedule, and the delivery window.

You build and ship.
You build to spec and deliver to the buyer's land inside your normal radius. We handle the schedule and the buyer.
Who we are looking for
A good partnership starts with a good fit.
You are a fit if
- You already run a factory that builds modular or prefab homes.
- You produce at least 5 homes per month at full capacity.
- You have a delivery radius of 250 miles or more from your facility.
- Your homes are built to state and local code, or you have engineers who can adapt to it.
- You are tired of spending money on marketing and want steady orders instead.
Not a fit if
- You build homes on-site (stick-built).
- You do custom one-off builds only.
- You want to keep selling directly to consumers through your own showroom.
