PERCH Production Network

Calling your factory.

We are building the on-demand homebuilding network.

We don’t send leads.
We send purchase orders.

The buyer is qualified, the land is screened, the financing is placed and the deposit is collected — before anything reaches your line.

Complete the form to be considered as a PERCH production partner. If it is a fit, we set up a call within 48 hours.
